While the welcome party, ceremony, and reception are all in different locations, they are all within about 10 to 15 minutes from each other by car.

Welcome Party: Smart Casual

The Venue's (Park House) dress code states the following about "Smart Casual": Athletic Attire is not permitted, baseball caps must be removed upon entering, and men cannot wear shorts. Jeans are permitted!

Ceremony & Reception: Black Tie

For our wedding, we kindly request black tie attire. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo or dark suit with a dark tie. Ladies, an evening gown or long dress is perfect. We look forward to seeing everyone in their finest attire!

All wedding events will be indoors.

The Welcome Party venue is in a shopping center (Highland Park Village) that has parking, but it may be crowded on a Friday evening. There is valet parking offered as well as a parking lot, but we encourage guests to ride-share/Uber if possible!

The Ceremony venue (University Park Methodist Church) has plenty of parking if you choose to drive.

The Reception (Hotel Swexan) has valet parking available for all wedding guests.

If you are flying into Dallas for the wedding, please note Dallas has two airports: Love Field (DAL) and Dallas - Fort Worth International (DFW)

Love Field is much smaller and is the closer of the two airports to the wedding festivities and hotels listed on our website. However, it is only Southwest Airlines flights.

DFW is only about 25 minutes from Downtown Dallas by car. Most major airlines fly into DFW regularly.

Both airports are close to town and uber/lyft/ride-share friendly!
